Nomad Media is proud to present real-life examples of how customers are using the Nomad Platform to enable their employees to collaborate on AWS Cloud-based media production and distribution projects.
The Nomad Platform provides users with the ability to share files via links, make collections of assets which can also be shared, and even comment on files and collections. The Nomad approach of creating proxy clips also allows users to simultaneously create unlimited numbers of working samples without altering or locking the original asset. This allows users to share media production tasks safely without concerns about editing conflicts.
In addition, the Nomad Media Explorer for Adobe connects Adobe Premiere with the customer’s AWS Cloud account, allowing users to find and work with cloud-hosted assets directly from Adobe Premiere. The Nomad Media Explorer semi-automates the creation and use of media clips in Adobe Premiere projects, streamlining the media production process. Multiple people can use the Nomad Media Explorer to work with the same assets concurrently, allowing project work to be shared out collaboratively among production personnel.
